Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Our returns & exchange policy for all our customers is in line with UK Distance Selling Regulations. Please note that returns and exchanges can not be done for collars that are customised in any way.

Changed your mind?

If you've changed your mind after receiving your collars, please let us know within 7 days of receiving them. Once we have received them back in resellable condition we will either exchange for another design, or refund you the original price & postage paid. Please note that in either case, we will not refund the cost of you returning the items to us.

If you are unsure whether our collars are suitable for your cat, in particular if the breakaway buckle is stiff enough, please only put them on your cat briefly to determine this. This should ensure you can return it to us in perfect condition if necessary.

Damaged products

We send out our products in perfect condition but if for some reason they don't arrive the same way, please let us know as soon as possible. We ask that you post the collar back to us. You have the choice of either taking a full refund (including original and return postage), or we will ship out a replacement at no further cost to you.


When sending collars back to us, please note that our collars require a Large Letter stamp in the UK. We recommend you use a recorded delivery method or at least obtain a proof of posting certificate when posting collars back to us.
